Back   Brad  Adderley   Partner Corporate & Commercial Brad Adderley is a Partner and has been a member of the Appleby Insurance Team for over twelve years. Brad specialises in advising on insurance and reinsurance transactions, structured finance, structuring segregated accounts transactions, private and public offerings; registrations on the NYSE, the amalgamation of US corporations with Bermuda exempt companies, the formation and structure of life companies; and the formation and structure of rent-a-captive companies. Brad is a regular speaker at internal and external conferences in Bermuda, the UK and the USA. Brad graduated from the University of Wake Forest, North Carolina in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in French. He gained his Diploma of Law and passed the legal Practice Course in 1995 & 1996 at The College of Law in Guildford, England. Brad was called to the Bermuda Bar in January 1998.
